Run and Swim, but no Swimrun

When we now at Team Nordic Trail Ursvik, like many other TNT locations enjoy the summer break, we want to continue to enjoy running. Thats why so far hasn't closed. Instead of the normal training sessions with different kind of interval sessions, we have taken the trails to the local lake for a quick swim.

Today, I tested my latest toy on the run. A 360 camera called Insta360. It's for sure a fun toy, but it's not the quality I'm used to, having used GoPro Hero Black before. Shooting in 360 is great though. Being able to change camera angel while editing makes the whole clip more fun to watch.

Spending an hour or so, together with other runners is a great way to settle the thoughts and realise, everything is really fine. Regardless of what ever stress I might have at work. Enjoy a run you as well, tomorrow will then become better! 🤗
