Bogesundslandet 27k Trail Run
Friends from Team Nordic Trail enjoy a 27k Saturday run through the best of Bogesundslandet near Stockholm.
Earlier in the week, I felt like going out for a long run. One of these kind of long run that is a bit special. I quickly scanned the internet for inspiration, and found Johan Ahlbergs profile on Alltrails. Among many nice routes made available by Johan, I found one that made me extra excited. Best of Bogesund, 27k. It couldn't be better.

Me and Helena decided to make it a day, but wanted to get some more running buddies with us. After creating an event on Facebook, and sharing the event in local groups like Team Nordic Trail, Happy Run and Trailrun4fun, the Saturday was soon here. We met up at 8am, and enjoyed the 27 kilometers in a slow and social tempo.
Having promised in the event it would be a slow, low heart run we started way to fast… but lucky enough, Sofie Hellsing was with us, and once again tought me new things on how to best read the feeling of the group. A few faster runners took off, and the rest of us continued to explore Bogesund.
4 hours later, we were back at Bogesunds Slott, and enjoyed a lunch at Cafe Parkvillan.
